tests: simplify the test binary
With a single function the control flow is more obvious. Avoiding dot
imports makes it clearer where the functions come from.

switch to csi-release-tools
This imports the shared csi-release-tools and uses it for Travis CI
and building. The binary and image name are "nfsplugin", as before.
